Cheese Lovers
I'm just crackers about cheese!
I love cheeses, but I often forget the name of a cheese I want to have more of, or I'll recognize a cheese in the store, and I can't remember if that was the one that forces the family to flee pinching their noses or not. So this is a "Cheese Blog" to record my impressions for my own use.

Cambozola, A MIld Blue
This blue cheese is creamy, like a brie, but with blue veins throughout. It's not as strong as a blue cheese, a good sharp cheese to serve with other cheeses. Gorgonzola is the Italian blue cheese; Cam is from the French Camembert, a creamy cheese. This cheese is made in Germany, using the roquefort bacteria. You can give someone an introduction to "stinky cheeses" without stinking it up too much.
